Dear user of WujinHub, welcome to our platform! Before using the services provided by WujinHub, please read and fully understand the entire content of this Agreement carefully, especially the clauses marked in bold (involving disclaimers, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, etc.). If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement or cannot accurately understand the meaning of the terms, please do not proceed with subsequent operations. Your completion of the registration process or commencement of use of this service shall be deemed as your reading and acceptance of this Agreement, and this Agreement shall become legally effective between you and the operator of WujinHub.
1.1 "Platform" / "WujinHub": Refers to the "WujinHub" website (domain: [Your Website Domain]) and service carriers that may be launched in the future, such as clients and mini-programs.
1.2 "User": Refers to natural persons, legal persons, or other organizations that complete the platform registration process or actually use the platform's services. Also referred to as "You" in this Agreement.
1.3 "Company Information": Refers to data and information related to the enterprise entity filled in or published by the user on the platform, such as company name, contact person, phone number, website URL, address, and business license.
1.4 "Product Information": Refers to display information such as product names, specifications, images, prices, and descriptions published by users in the enterprise backend.
2.1 Eligibility: You confirm that at the time of completing the registration process, you possess the capacity for civil conduct appropriate to your actions as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you register on behalf of an enterprise, you should ensure that you have obtained legal authorization from the enterprise. If you do not meet the aforementioned qualifications, you and your guardian shall bear all legal consequences arising therefrom, and the Platform has the right to cancel or terminate your account.
2.2 Information Authenticity: During the registration and use of the Platform's services (such as filling in phone numbers, company names, contact persons, website URLs, addresses, etc.), you shall provide true, accurate, legal, and valid data and information. You agree that the Platform has the right to verify the registration information and qualification certificates (if any) submitted by you. If you provide untrue, false, outdated, or incomplete information, the Platform has the right to refuse to provide relevant services to you, or suspend or cancel your account, and all legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by you.
2.3 Information Updates: If your registration information (especially company name and contact information) changes, you shall promptly log in to the system to update the relevant information. You shall be solely responsible for service interruptions or failure to deliver notices due to your failure to update information in a timely manner.
2.4 Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account and password safe. You shall bear full legal responsibility for all activities and events conducted under your account (including but not limited to information publishing, data modification, message replies, etc.). If you discover any illegal use of your account or any security vulnerabilities, you shall immediately notify the Platform. The Platform shall not be liable for illegal use of accounts caused by hacking or your negligence in custody.
The Platform mainly provides information display and inquiry services for hardware enterprises, including but not limited to:
4.1 Responsibility for Company and Product Information: The company and product information you publish through the Platform is provided by you independently. You guarantee that you have the relevant rights to publish such information and authorize the Platform to display it, and that such information:
4.2 License Grant: You agree that once you publish company or product information on the Platform, you grant the Platform a worldwide, free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive right to use (including but not limited to storage, display, layout, translation, distribution, etc.), and the Platform has the right to display the above information to other users and visitors of the Platform.
4.3 Prohibited Acts: You shall not use the Platform to engage in any illegal activities or behaviors that interfere with the normal operation of the Platform, including but not limited to:
5.1 The Platform attaches great importance to the protection of users' personal information (including your phone number, company name, contact person, address, etc.). When collecting, using, and storing your personal information, we will strictly abide by the "Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations.
5.2 You acknowledge and agree: Given that the core function of the Platform is "enterprise information display," the company name, contact person, phone number, address, and website URL filled in by you will be publicly displayed on the front-end pages of the Platform for potential partners to contact you. If you do not wish for such information to be made public, please do not fill it in or stop using the service.
5.3 Except as otherwise provided by law or agreed in this Agreement, the Platform will not disclose your personal privacy information to irrelevant third parties. For detailed rules, please refer to the Platform's "Privacy Policy."
6.1 Information Review: The Platform is committed to providing authentic and reliable business opportunity information. However, as an information display platform, the Platform cannot substantively review the qualifications of a vast number of enterprises and the product information they publish one by one. You understand and agree that the Platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding the authenticity, accuracy, or legality of the information published by you or other users.
6.2 Violation Handling: If the Platform discovers or receives reports or complaints from others, and reasonably determines that the information or behavior you published violates this Agreement or relevant laws and regulations, the Platform has the right to take measures such as deleting information, blocking keywords, suspending account functions, or canceling accounts directly without notice, depending on the severity of the case.
6.3 Disclaimer: In view of the particularity of Internet services, the Platform does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free (such as due to system maintenance, network congestion, third-party attacks, etc.). The Platform shall not be liable for service interruptions or data loss caused thereby, but will make every effort to minimize user losses.
7.1 The unique logos, layout designs, data compilations, software codes, etc., of the Platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Without written permission from the Platform, no one may reproduce, distribute, modify, or use them for commercial purposes.
7.2 The intellectual property rights of corporate Logos, product images, text descriptions, etc., published by you on the Platform belong to you or the original rights holders.
8.1 Amendment: The Platform has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement when necessary. After the amendment, we will announce it in a prominent position on the Platform. If you continue to use the Platform services, it shall be deemed that you accept the amended agreement.
8.2 Termination: Provided that you do not violate this Agreement, you may apply to cancel your account at any time. If you violate any terms of this Agreement, the Platform has the right to terminate this Agreement directly and cancel your account without assuming any responsibility.
All disputes arising from this Agreement or the Platform services shall be settled through friendly consultations between both parties; if consultation fails, both parties shall submit to the [People's Court in the location of your company] for litigation.
The headings of all clauses in this Agreement are for reading convenience only and do not produce legal or contractual effect. Matters not covered in this Agreement shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
