The bolt is stuck and can't pop out, or the door lock can't be right?

Lock tongue jam: mostly due to ash accumulation, lack of oil or slight deformation. Clean up the debris of the track and lubricate the moving parts; if the deformation of the door frame causes the alignment deviation, loosen the gusset plate screw, fine-tune it up and down for a few millimeters and then tighten it again;
Latch dislocation: If the deviation is not large, it can be carefully broken with wire cutters. If the deviation is severe, it is recommended to ask professional maintenance personnel to deal with it;
Shorter bolt wear: The semicircular bolt will flatten after long-term friction, resulting in a weak lock. It can be slightly reshaped by pliers or supported by hard objects.
